Scammers may call pretending to be your relatives or friends and ask for an SMS code, supposedly to transfer money. They may also claim to be bank employees and request a code “to confirm a transaction” or “unlock your card.”

Remember:

You don’t need an SMS code to receive money.

The bank will never ask for such information.

Never share your SMS codes or personal details, even if the caller claims to be family or bank staff.
