What needs to be provided?
In some cases Alif has the right to require additional collateral or a guarantor.
— Passport, tax identification number and residence registration certificate from Dushanbe and Khujand;
— Salary certificate or bank remittance statement for the last three months. Private entrepreneurs need to provide a patent or certificate with a statement and tax payments receipts for the past three months.
It will also be necessary to make an advance payment the amount of which depends on the decision of the credit committee. The purchased home, car, gold and deposit in Alif will be registered as a collateral.
