Changes in money withdrawal from a current account and deposit
31 October 2023

We are pleased to announce changes to the terms for money replenishment and withdrawal from current and deposit accounts.

Previously, when replenishing money to a current account both by non-cash and cash methods, a commission of 0.9% of the amount was applied after money withdrawal in all currencies. However, we have reviewed these terms. Now, if you replenish money in cash to your current account, there will be no commission applied while withdrawing. In the case of cashless replenishment to the current account, the commission remains the same: 0.9% for all currencies. However, when withdrawing money in rubles, it will be 0.5% of the amount.

For the deposit account:

After cash replenishment to the account, there is also no commission applied when withdrawing money in somoni or dollars. In the case of cashless replenishment to the deposit account, there are some limitations. If you withdraw money in somoni within 30 days, the commission will be 0.9%. After 30 days, you can withdraw money without any commission. The same terms apply for withdrawing money in dollars, but in this case, there is a different time frame. If you withdraw money within 90 days, the commission is 0.9%, after 90 days: 0%.
