On November 13, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan issued us a license to carry out brokerage and dealer activities in the securities market, as well as a license to carry out securities portfolio management activities.
Previously, we submitted documents to the Agency for development of the securities market and the specialized registrar under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan for obtaining licenses.
Obtaining them was necessary due to clients’ requests and our desire to invest in the securities market. They will help us become a participant in the securities market, offering clients and partners transactions with securities, purchase and sale on behalf of clients, as well as the management of securities portfolio.
In the near future, we plan to carry out a number of activities in the field of investment in securities, after which we’ll begin to offer clients (individuals and legal entities) various investment products.
