We completed the international TechWomen program
Farzona Sanginova, Chief Risk Officer at Alif Bank, successfully completed the international TechWomen program, organized by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
TechWomen is a five-week mentorship and professional exchange program aimed at empowering women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). In 2025, over 6,000 applications were submitted, and only 108 participants from 22 countries — including three from Tajikistan — were selected.
Farzona took part in a four-week mentorship experience in Chicago, followed by the closing week of the program in Washington, D.C. As part of the program, she visited leading tech and innovation companies such as Amazon, Google, HERE Technologies, mHUB Chicago, and Morningstar. She also collaborated with mentors from Chase Bank and Harvard University, focusing on leadership and soft skills development.
We are proud that our colleague is now part of a global community of women leaders in science and technology who are driving innovation and progress around the world 💚
