Money transfers to China now available in the Alif app

In partnership with Visa we have launched direct transfers to Alipay and WeChat. Users can now send money with zero fees and no double conversion.

Until now, sending money to China could take several days, involving complex banking procedures, intermediary fees, and losses on currency conversion. Now transfers have become simple and cost-free.

How it works

Open the Alif app and go to Payments → Transfers abroad.

Select China, then choose Alipay or WeChat.

Enter the recipient’s phone number, full name, amount, and reason for transfer.

Important: Transfers are only available to recipients with Chinese citizenship, in line with Chinese regulations.
