Free access to airport lounges with our Visa cards — updated conditions starting October 1

Starting October 1, 2024, free access to airport business lounges will only be available through the Visa Airport Companion app.
This means that our Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite cardholders can access over 1,200 airport lounges worldwide exclusively via the Visa Airport Companion app.

How to use the service:

— Download the Visa Airport Companion app from the App Store or Google Play.
— Link your Visa Platinum or Visa Infinite card.
— Show the generated QR code for free lounge access.

Alternatively, you can access the service via the Visa Concierge chatbot.

The number of free lounge visits remains the same:

— Visa Platinum: 2 visits per year.
— Visa Infinite: 6 visits per year.
