Changes in the leadership team

We’re continuing to grow and strengthen our leadership team so we can move forward together and reach new goals.

Daler Karimov is stepping down as Deputy Chairman of Alif Bank and joining the Alif Uzbekistan team, where he will continue his career as Managing Director of Marketing and Customer Service.

We’re grateful to Daler for his valuable contribution to Alif’s growth: for his professionalism, energy, and the support that consistently inspired our team. We’re confident that in Alif Uzbekistan, he will continue doing what he does best: uniting people, driving progress, and moving things forward.

To support the next stage of our growth, we’re making some adjustments to our management structure. Starting December 1, 2025, Alif Bank will have two Deputy Chairmen and two Managing Directors.

Joining our leadership team are:

— Akbarjon Mamajonov, formerly Head of Operations;

— Khushvakhtmurod Sharifov, formerly Head of Internal Audit;

— Bakhtovar Mavlonov, formerly Head of Customer Service, who will also oversee corporate culture development.

With these changes, Alif Bank’s leadership team now consists of five leaders working together to grow the Bank and bring our strategy to life.

We’re evolving, learning, and moving forward, but our mission remains unchanged: to make people’s lives simpler and more convenient.
