Apple Pay is now available with Alif international cards

28 July 2026

Alif international cardholders can now use Apple Pay to make purchases with their Apple devices, without taking out or handing over their physical card or repeatedly entering their card details at checkout.

To pay in stores with iPhone, customers can double-click the side button, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or their passcode, then hold the device near the card reader. With Apple Watch, they can double-click the side button and hold the watch near the card reader. Apple Pay can be used in shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies and other places that accept contactless payments.

Apple Pay is an easy, secure and private way to pay. It can also be used for purchases in apps and online, including on websites in Safari. On a compatible iPhone, iPad or Mac, customers can tap the Apple Pay button, confirm their billing and shipping information, then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or their passcode. In supported apps on Apple Watch, payments are confirmed with a double click of the side button. Details such as a customer’s name and address can be filled in automatically at checkout, making payment faster.

Your card number is never stored on your device or Apple servers. When you pay, Apple does not share your card number with merchants, offering an additional level of protection against fraud.
To start using Apple Pay, add your Alif international card. On the home screen of the Alif app, select your card, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” and follow the on-screen instructions
