Tender for purchasing equipment for cash acceptance at payment terminals

We hereby announce a tender (open competition) for the procurement of equipment for cash acceptance at payment terminals, concluding on April 4, 2024.

Interested companies and stores should provide the following documents to us to participate in the tender: 
— Commercial proposal and organization information;
— Copy of the certificate of legal entity / individual entrepreneur registration;
— Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
— Taxpayer identification number (TIN);
— Banking details on official letterhead;
— Copies of passports and a document confirming the authority of the person acting on behalf of the procurement participant;
— Other documents specified in the documentation requirements;
— Tax inspection certificate confirming the absence of tax arrears for a legal or physical entity;
— Company's application to participate in the competition, confirmed by the signature and seal of the head. You can find a sample application here

Important:
— Money acceptors should be equipped with firmware designed for accepting the national currency.
— Spare cэassettes should be included in the commercial proposal.
— Two commercial proposals are required: the first for 150 units and the second for 300 units.
