We are announcing a tender (open competition) to select an audit company to check our financial statements for the entire year. The tender ends on December 31, 2023.

The competition is open to independent audit companies that:

— have a license from the National Bank of Tajikistan to conduct an audit of credit institutions in the Republic of Tajikistan;
— have more than 3 years of experience in auditing or have international recognition (among the top 10 audit companies);
— the head and members of the audit team have 3 and 2 years of experience in conducting bank audits.

You need to provide the following documents to participate:

— an application, certified by the head’s signature and seal;
— copies of the constituent documents of the company;
— commercial and financial proposals (indicating the cost and timing of the audit).
